Worship & Workout

This is a GREAT walking DVD that sets the entire workout to worshiping the Lord! As you walk, you listen to Christian music and are also guided by the instructor in worshiping and giving thanks to God! So, if you are like me and need to get your exercise done at home this is a WONDERFUL way to accomplish a 2 mile walk.
